Hall Rental

The Blenheim Masonic Community Hall is available for rent by any community group, organization or person that needs a place to gather.  Rental rates are negotiable and are geared to income and purpose.

If your group or meeting purpose supports the betterment of the community, the rental rate is very competitive.  We are here to serve the community.  As a home to several long term “not for profit” groups, we know how hard it is to find affordable meeting space.

In the past we have hosted Minor Hockey banquets, several fitness clubs and schools, Air Cadets, Scouts, safety training courses like first aid and CPR, Union meetings, fundraising events, like dinners and card parties for local not-for-profit organizations, local business Holiday receptions, Farm groups, Stag and Doe parties, baby showers, stagging area for parades, local Caribbean Association dance parties,  and even a weekly church group while they rebuilt their church after a fire.

Hall Amenities

  • The main meeting area is approximately 40 feet x 50 feet
  • Easily handle 80 people with lots of extra space and up to 160 people, if needed.
  • Tables and chairs for over 80 people.
  • Recently renovated Kitchen with 3 ranges, a large refrigerator and chest freezer and plenty of counter space for food preparation and a new 3-sink stainless sink for fast clean up.
  • Adjacent to the main room, there is a bar area that can be used to efficiently serve people in the main area.
  • The hall has wifi available and a large pull down screen for use with your data projector.
  • The lower hall level of the building is handicap accessible via a concrete ramp for easy wheelchair access.
  • There are ample restrooms with a men’s, women’s and a gender neutral handicap accessible washroom.
